ADHD Coaching

Wherever you are in your journey, your not alone and you don't have to figure it our by yourself

What is ADHD Coaching?

Here at the ADHD Coaching Hub we offer a supportive, personalised coaching approach that’s built around you — your strengths, your challenges, and the way your brain works.

The goal is not to change who you are or make you fit into a certain mould. It is to help you understand yourself more deeply, reduce self-blame, and feel more grounded in how you move through life—whether at home, in relationships, or as an individual navigating ADHD.

Through 1:1 support, coaching can help you:

  • Make sense of how ADHD affects your day-to-day life

  • Understand emotional responses, habits, and recurring challenges

  • Gain an understanding as to why certain things feel difficult and what strategies and supports can make them easier

  • Recognise patterns that contribute to stress, burnout, or conflict

  • Strengthen self-awareness and self-understanding

  • Reduce feelings of frustration, guilt, or self-doubt

  • Build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and your experiences.

Who Can Benefit from Coaching?

Adults

Whether you’re a professional, entrepreneur, creative individual, athlete, or university student, coaching can help you navigate the unique challenges of ADHD and unlock your full potential.

ADHD is not a character flaw or a lack of effort. Often, the challenge comes from trying to function in ways that don’t align with how the ADHD brain operates. Together, we work on creating realistic strategies that are sustainable, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs.

Parents

Parenting can be overwhelming and lonely at times. Coaching provides a supportive space to explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to create meaningful change without shame or judgment.

Coaching can help:

  • Parents with or without ADHD;

  • New parents, or those navigating various life transitions;

  • Parents with neurodivergent children;

  • Parents with little or no family support;

  • Parents of multiple children and competing demands;

  • Parents in general who feel like they are not coping how they would like to.

Late Diagnosed Individuals

Receiving an ADHD diagnosis later in life can shift how you see everything—your past, your habits, and even your identity. It can bring relief, but also questions, frustration, or a sense of lost time. With the right support, you can begin to understand yourself in a new way, break old patterns, and build a life that works for you.

Our clients come from many walks of life with varying challenges.

Your don't require a diagnosis to access or benefit from coaching.

Meet Your Coach

Meet Your Coach

The ADHD Coaching Hub was created out of my genuine desire to better understand and support those impacted by ADHD.

I have seen firsthand how ADHD can impact not only the lives of individuals with ADHD, but also the families, relationships, and everyday moments that surround them.

Wanting to help others feel more understood and supported in their own journey, I went on to study and train at the ADD Coach Academy, where I received specialised training to become an ADHD coach.

I have seen how powerful coaching can be in creating positive and lasting change.

At the ADHD Coaching Hub, my aim is to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
